How to enjoy Halloween without the weight gain!

It’s that time again!

The Holiday season officially starts for me on October 31st and for many people that is the day that all “healthy-eating strategies” go out the window. I’m here to tell you that you can enjoy the best of the holidays without suffering the consequences (sugar cravings, weight gain, bloating etc.)

Healthy Halloween 101

  • Eat before passing out candy and taking the kids trick-or-treating. Having a healthy family dinner before the fun begins will help you (and your kids) avoid the temptation of eating candy along the way.
