Health Affirmation- I do what is required to maintain good health.

Affirmations should be part of your daily morning routine.  They set your mind up to succeed in the goals you are striving for.

Here is one to use daily to improve your health!

Start your day by reading this and let me know what happens!

“Taking care of myself is my responsibility. That includes securing my physical and emotional well-being.

I like to have an alert mind. It allows me to be productive throughout my workday. I am also able to cater to the requests of my loved ones by being present. This mental state is achieved when I remain diligent about the amount of rest that I get each night.

My commitment to physical fitness is a serious one. I give it as much priority as I give my job and family time.

Each day only feels complete when I take a break from my daily flow to work out.Even on the days when it feels almost impossible to fit it in, I still make the time. It centers me and refreshes my mind. Exercise provides good balance to my life.

Good health also includes maintaining emotional soundness. I work hard to keep myself in a positive emotional state.

Difficulties come throughout each day. My work presents its challenges and so does taking care of my family. But I give myself time to rest my soul and focus on my internal wellness. I am only able to take care of external things by keeping my soul nurtured.

I feed my soul through positive affirmations. Centering my focus on personal declarations of self-belief builds up my resistance to negative energy.

Today, I am deliberate about putting my health first. It is the source of my energy and ability to achieve what I set out to do each day. I give myself the best chance for successwhen I ensure that I am healthy.”
